Teacher + Inclusive Education Leader

Permanent - Commencing Jan 2025 - Full Time - POR 2

Role Details

We’re a growing high school and we're looking for an Inclusive Education Leader to join us in 2025! This is a fixed-term leadership role offered in addition to a permanent teaching position.

You’ll be able to:

  • Collaborate with numeracy, literacy and wellbeing teams in the delivery of intervention programs.
  • Ensure Personalised Plans for Learning (PPLs) are created for students and are maintained by relevant staff.
  •  Manage the timetable of classroom support officers to ensure students are consistently supported.

Do you have?

  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills; the ability to engage with students, staff and families in an inclusive and positive manner.
  • Great time management skills; the ability to balance priorities effectively.
  • A passion for, and experience in, inclusive education leadership.

  • Lead a Religious Education Teaching Team in the application of the Schoolwide Pedagogy
  • Manage the Religious Education Curriculum (Crossways and SACE)
  • Develop and manage Outreach and Mission Projects, and Youth Ministry opportunities.

You’ll be able to:

  • Streamline Information Literacy (Research) across the college in line with the 探花精选 Learner Behaviours to enable staff and students to make explicit connections to the SACE and ACARA Capabilities.
  • Research, co-construct and lead Student Agency (Learning to Learn) across Years 7-12 in line with 探花精选 Learner Behaviours to make explicit connections to the ACARA Capabilities and SACE Learner Profile.
  • Research, co-construct and lead the Resource Centre for whole school use across classes in Years 7-12.

We’re a growing high school that’s looking for a Leader of Senior Pedagogy and Innovation to join us in 2025! This is a fixed-term leadership role in addition to a permanent teaching position.

You’ll be able to:

  • Lead the College’s approach to innovation in curriculum, pedagogy and assessment through researching and coaching other leaders.
  • Coordinate the SACE efforts of the College, including special provisions, exams, and SACE flexibilities.
  • Lead our Leaders of Learning (Subject Heads) to develop best practice in their approach to senior schooling philosophy, pedagogy and professional development.
