We will be singing in the sanctuary at the Basilica and Shrine of Our Lady of Consolation, 315 Clay Street, Carey, OH 43316, on Friday, April 25, at 7:30 pm. Show will begin at 3:00 PM at the Ritz Theatre (30 S. Washington St., Tiffin, OH 44883)

Following the show, we invite you to join us for a reception at The Empire (138 S. Washington St., Tiffin, OH 44883)

Cost for show tickets: Concert tickets are being handled through the Ritz website. *Berg Bravo members must purchase tickets in person to receive the discount.

Assassins, Music/Lyrics Stephen Sondheim and Book by John Weidman is Directed by Karla Kash, Music Directed by Michael Shirtz, and Choreographed by Pamela Shirtz in the Gundlach Theatre. Performances are on April 18, 19, and 20 at 7:30 pm and Sunday, 21 at 2:00 pm.

Assassins is a musical with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and a book by John Weidman, based on an original concept by Charles Gilbert Jr. Using the framing device of an all-American, yet sinister, carnival game, the semi-revue portrays a group of historical figures who attempted (successfully or not) to assassinate Presidents of the United States and explores what their presence in American history says about the ideals of their country. The score is written to reflect both popular music of the various depicted eras and a broader tradition of "patriotic" American music.

The program culminates with the 135th Heidelberg performance of portions of Handel’s Messiah, featuring the Concert and University-Community choirs and guest soloists.

The School of Music & Theatre kicks off its first production of the “Packs a Political Punch!” season with the Pulitzer Prize-winning musical Fiorello! Guest directed by Broadway performer Scott Hunt, guest music directed by professional musician Ryan Neal, choreographed and dialect designed by Heidelberg’s Director of Theatre Karla Kash, with a cast of 36 'Berg students.

Fiorello! is a musical about the rise to power of New York's Mayor Fiorello LaGuardia (1882-1947). Always fighting for the underdog, Fiorello embarks on a mission to take down the crooked politicians of Tammany Hall. With a strong moral compass and a passion for justice, Fiorello navigates his way through double-crossers, political puppets, and romance. One of only 10 musicals to win the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, Fiorello! is a charming musical from the writers of Fiddler on the Roof and She Loves Me that is sure to sweep audiences off their feet.
